Dr. Gambhir began his medical journey at the prestigious Banaras Hindu University (BHU), one of India’s leading medical institutions. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree and subsequently completed his residency in General Surgery from the same university, receiving his post-graduate qualification in 1999.
